Base Package Details
$1,500 Mon-Thurs | $2,000 Fri-Sun, and Holidays

Includes the following for a elopement ceremony for up to 14 guests:

Venue

• Planning spreadsheet for tracking vendors, timeline, and details.

• Up to one hour initial consultation phone call with Elope Long Beach Coordinator.

• Up to one hour venue rental at f/8 Studios (3764 Orange Ave., Long Beach). Includes outdoor space for elopement with market lighting, two restrooms, and a bridal area with a mirror and makeup chair.

• Elope Long Beach coordinator will run your event on the day-of.

• Extra venue hours can be added for $300/hr (price increases to $500/hr if booked within a week of the event). Events can be a max of 3 hours and must end by 8:00pm. Clean-up must be completed by 9:00pm. Hours must be added for set-up and clean-up if you are bringing in outside rentals for $100/hr. Weekday events may not begin load-in until 5:00pm.

• Sparklers and rose petals are allowed. Please no confetti, rice, or bird seed. Use of staples, tape, or glue is not allowed on venue’s walls or floors.

Rentals

The following rentals are available at no extra cost. Please notify your coordinator ahead of time if you would like to utilize them:

• Seating for up to 10 guests

• Welcome table

• Small table for ceremony

Ceremony Design

Work with our designers from So Smitten Events during your initial consultation phone call to create the ceremony of your dreams. Choose from the following:

• Boho Design: macrame curtain backdrop, hurricane candles down aisle, jute rug for altar, seating for up to 10 guests, and pampas grass in jugs to frame couple.

• Rustic Design: vintage cathedral arches, wood rounds and wood pillar candlesticks with LED pillar candles, gold lanterns, faux eucalyptus, and seating for up to 10 guests.

• Eclectic: colorful aisle runner, brass candlesticks and stars for mantle, faux greenery for walls and mantle, and seating for up to 10 guests.

• Additional decor items can be rented for an additional cost. View our rental inventory here.

• Fresh florals are not included, and can be added on through Gingersnap Florals (see below).

Music

• You provide an iPod with playlist, and we’ll provide the PA system.

• Coordinator will DJ processional and recessional.

• Includes a microphone for the officiant.

• Amplified music is not allowed.

Officiant

• Includes non-denominational ordained officiant.

• Ceremony script template.

• Up to one hour phone call planning session to create ceremony script two weeks prior to event.

• Officiant will preside over ceremony, up to a half an hour long.

• Clients are responsible for obtaining marriage license, officiant will make sure license in correctly filled out at event, and client is responsible for mailing in license after the event.

• You may bring in your own officiant (friend or family member), but there is no package discount. The ceremony script and phone call planning meeting will still be included.

• Spanish/English bilingual officiant can be booked for an additional $275, pending availability.

Photography

• Up to one hour of photography captured by a f/8 Studios elite wedding photographer.

• Additional hours of coverage can be added for $300/hr.

• Photo shot list template.

• Receive the edited digital files via a download link a few weeks after the event.

Beverages

• Includes a self-serve water station with dispenser, water, ice, napkins, and disposable acrylic cups.

• You are welcome to bring in champagne and glasses for a toast.

• No shots or other alcohol allowed.
